The room was comfortable and quiet, perfect for a romantic escape. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, especially the chocolate croissants. The free wifi throughout the hotel was a big plus. The location of the hotel was great, situated on a beautiful street.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to many tourist attractions such as the downtown area and the Puente de la Mujer bridge. I loved how I could easily walk to Parliament House square via Florida Street. The room and bathroom were both well-appointed and comfortable. The service was top-notch, and the staff were always willing to go above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious, and the view from the 18th floor was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel!
The only downside was that the initial room I was given had a view of a brick wall, but the staff quickly addressed the issue and moved me to a room with a fabulous view and a huge balcony.

Upgraded to luxurious junior suite with large private bathroom. Excellent staff, especially Pablo and Lise. Perfect location on elegant street. Spacious room, attention to detail, amazing bed. Quiet and secure. A highly recommendable option for future stays.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided me with everything I needed during my stay. the service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the room advantages were noticeable, with a spacious and well, appointed bathroom and comfortable, high, quality bedding. the bar and lounge area offered a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day. the swimming pool was well, maintained, providing an ideal spot to refresh and enjoy the sun.
There was only one minor issue that detracted from an otherwise perfect stay. the restaurant quality was not up to par with my expectations.
